A message from the founder

I have wanted to set up the British Sikh Doctors Organisation for many years, even before I started medical school. I wanted to give something back to my family and community, who with Waheguru Ji’s (God’s) blessings brought me up to achieve every ambition I have ever had. Mine and my family’s belief in Waheguru Ji and the teachings of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji (Sikh Holy Book) have given me the strength to complete medical school and become a doctor. Now, I have the chance and the ability, with all my brothers and sisters to build an organisation and provide health care to all human kind.

Another amazing event on 19th of March 2017 at Ealing Gurdwara

Much love to all the team involved.

This event was in memory of Ms Simrit Kaur Sandhu. We raised money for Macmillan Cancer Team at Northwick Park Hospital London. We raised a total of £470.26!!!

Please see the statement from our CEO regarding the attorcity that took place in London yesterday:

'BSDO condemns the London terrorist attack yesterday. This attack has brought together the most diverse city in the World, London! The attacker carried out an act against every faith in the world. His actions do not reflect upon a faith and he did not die a martyr.

The police and health care services were amazing. Their actions reflect the beliefs of the BSDO Team and Sikhism as a whole. These beliefs are to support and take care of all people regardless of caste or creed. The paramedics who tried reviving the gentleman who carried out this act reminds me of our very own Bhai Kanhaiya who provided water and aid to any body who was in need.

As British people we must carry on with life as normal. Hold our heads high and continue to support all those that need our help.

Stay strong and be proud. WE WILL NEVER BE AFRAID!' ... See MoreSee Less
